Privacy

How this site handles your information.

This policy covers the Ariya HR marketing site, its contact and newsletter forms, and the fit-call form used for payroll-switching campaigns.

Last updated: August 2026

Who we are

Ariya HR is an independent HR and payroll advisory firm based in San Francisco. We are not affiliated with ADP, Paychex, or other payroll platforms referenced on this site. Ariya HR is a registered fictitious business name of AT Collective LLC, a California limited liability company.

This site is for employers evaluating Ariya's advisory services. It does not provide employee account access or payroll-provider support, and it does not collect provider passwords or payment-card information.

Information you provide

  • Contact form. We collect your first name, last name, email address, company, and the message you submit. First name, last name, and company are optional.
  • Newsletter form. We collect the email address you submit so we can send the newsletter and manage unsubscribe requests.
  • Fit-call form. We collect your first and last name, work email, company, employee count, current payroll provider, and the payroll or support issue you select. You may also provide a phone number and the states where you have employees.
  • Campaign context. A fit-call request may include the page's message variant, campaign, source and medium, search theme, and search term. These details help us understand which outreach led to the request.
  • Email you send us. If you use an email link on this site, your email provider and our email provider process the address, message, and any other information you include.

How forms are processed

We send successful contact, newsletter, and fit-call submissions to HubSpot, which we use to manage contacts, follow-up, and campaign attribution. HubSpot's tracking script also runs on this site and may use cookies or similar identifiers to associate site activity with a contact. HubSpot processes this information under its privacy policy.

If configured, a successful form submission may also send an internal notification to Ariya HR's Slack workspace. The notice helps us respond to new inquiries. It can include the submitted email and selected form details; contact-form notices use the message length rather than the message text. A failed HubSpot submission does not send this success notification.

Analytics and attribution

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and form conversions. It may process page views, device and browser details, approximate location, interactions, referring pages, and identifiers stored in first-party cookies. We configure Google Analytics with ad-personalization signals disabled. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy.

When a page URL contains campaign tags or a Google advertising click identifier, this site saves the first set of UTM campaign values, Google click identifiers (such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID), landing page, referrer, and capture time in browser session storage. Those values can be submitted with a form during that browser session and passed to the scheduling page without the visitor's form answers. A form request may also include the Google Analytics client identifier when it is available, so campaign activity can be connected to the request in HubSpot.

Hosting and request logs

Vercel hosts this site and its form endpoints. Standard request and runtime logs can include an IP address, browser or user-agent details, referring page, requested page, submission time, form metadata, and error details. We use those logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. Vercel processes this information under its privacy notice.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent personal information submitted through these forms.
  • We do not ask for payroll-provider passwords, employee login credentials, or payment-card information.
  • We do not use submitted form information to make automated employment or eligibility decisions.
  • We do not currently run Meta or LinkedIn remarketing pixels on this site.
